Local trust.
Nationwide support.
One partnership.
Self-managed home care for older Australians. You choose who comes to your door; we hold the registration and handle claiming and compliance behind them.
Or call 1300 677 174. We answer same day.
You can watch the money move.
Every claim and payment appears as it happens, not in a quarterly statement.
If a visit costs more than expected, you'll know that week. Your family sees the same screen, with your consent.
Built for self-managed care from the
ground up.
Self-managed care is a different service, not home care at a discount.
Faster response
Routine questions get answered straight away, any hour. Anything harder goes to someone who already knows you.
Simplified compliance
Worker checks, insurances and expiry dates are tracked in the background.
You shouldn't need a spreadsheet, or a Tuesday off work, to keep your parents at home.
- Check the budget at midnight, or approve a new worker from the airport.
- Keep the workers you already trust.
Four at the table, and you only
tell your story once.
Self-managed care works when four parties behave like a team. That matters more than pricing or technology.
Client
The older Australian whose funding this is. They make the decisions.
Family
Usually an adult child handling the day-to-day. We treat them as a client, not an emergency contact.
Local service partner
The local business doing the work, and the people you see each week.
Partner with Care
Us. We handle claiming, compliance and payments.
Our pricing is competitive. What happens
after you sign is the real difference.
Self-managed costs less than care-managed, and our pricing sits in the normal range.

The partnership model

- Same-day answers from a real person
- Pick your own, or a local partner
- New local partners ready in days
Questions we get a lot.
What's the difference between self-managed and care-managed?
Care management means a provider coordinates your services and decides on your behalf, for 30–40% of your package. Self-management means you choose your services, workers and schedule. The provider handles claiming and compliance for around 10–15%, so more of your budget goes to care hours.
What is Support at Home?
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. It's the Australian Government's funding program for older Australians who want to stay at home. We're a registered provider, so we handle the compliance and claiming.
I manage Mum's care. Can I see her budget from my phone?
Yes. Family members get their own login and alerts, showing the budget and every claim and payment the same day.
How fast can I see where my funding is?
Immediately. Claims and payments appear as they happen rather than at the end of the quarter.
I'm a local provider or supplier. Can I work with you?
Yes. We work with sole traders, small allied health practices and established providers.
Keep the people you already trust, with a national provider behind them.
