Local trust.
Nationwide support.
One partnership.
Modern self-managed home care for older Australians. It combines the flexibility of trusted local operators with the nationwide support of a registered provider, held together by partnership.
Built for Self Managed from the
ground up.
Partner With Care recognises that Self Managed isn't classic home care with a discount price tag. It's a different service, built around three things: you choose the people, you can see where every dollar goes, and the support you need turns up without a fuss.
Faster response
A real answer, when you need it. Routine questions resolved instantly, any time of day. When your question needs an expert, they're already across your situation, so there's no repeating yourself and no waiting for a callback.
Financial clarity
You always know where your funding is. Every claim, payment and invoice is visible the moment it moves. No end-of-quarter surprises, no chasing. Just clarity, whenever you want it.
Faster approvals
The people you want are ready when you need them. New local partners live in as soon as they pass compliance checks. Nothing gets held up by paperwork, so your care starts sooner and runs smoother.
Simplified compliance
Worker checks, insurances and expiries tracked automatically. Nothing lapses, nothing gets missed. The forms, checks and government paperwork happen quietly in the background.
You shouldn't need a spreadsheet, or a Tuesday off work, to keep your parents at home.
Partner with Care is built for families supporting loved ones. You see the service being delivered, the budget, every claim and every payment, wherever you are and on whatever device you're holding.
- Everything on any device, at any hourCheck the budget at midnight. Approve a new worker from the airport.
- Easy questions answered instantlyComplex ones get a real expert the same day.
- Keep the workers you already trustPreferred support workers onboarded through our digital flow, usually in days.
Four at the table. One care plan.
Tell your story once.
Modern self-managed care doesn't work because someone got the pricing right, or the technology right. It works when four different parties actually behave like a team.
Client
The older Australian. The reason any of this exists. Decision-maker, not patient.
Family
The adult child or partner often making the day-to-day choices. A co-client, not a contact.
Local service partner
The trusted local business delivering care. The face of care in the community.
Partner with Care
The registered backbone. Compliance, claiming, finance, nationwide support. Quiet, fast, dependable.
Our pricing is great. But it's what happens
after you sign that sets us apart.
Self-managed care is materially cheaper than care-managed by default. Our pricing is competitive within that market. What's worth comparing is everything that surrounds the price.
Standard care-managed provider
- Fees typically 30–40% of your package, leaving less for actual care hours
- A coordinator assigned to you, available on their schedule
- You're told what's in your care plan. Changes go through a process.
- Monthly or quarterly statements, so you find out after it's spent
- Adding a new worker or supplier takes weeks, sometimes longer
- Preference to use own workforce and set own schedule
Classic self-managed provider
- Cheaper than care-managed: typically 10% care management plus a service loading
- Lower fees, but the experience is transactional. You're largely on your own.
- You choose your workers, but getting answers or approvals still takes time
- Spend visibility lags. Statements arrive at end of period.
- Onboarding for new suppliers follows traditional timelines
The partnership model
- Competitive pricing: the same structural saving as any self-managed provider, no tricks
- You hear back the same day. Routine questions answered the moment you ask
- You choose everything, or work with a local partner you trust. No bias, no steering
- Live budget, live claims and live payments, visible the moment they move
- New local partners ready in days, because we manage compliance
Plain answers. No jargon.
What's the difference between self-managed and care-managed?
With care management, a provider coordinates your services and makes decisions on your behalf, and charges 30–40% of your package for that privilege. With self-management, you choose your services, your workers and your schedule. The provider handles claiming, compliance and the government-facing work, and charges around 10–15% of your package. You keep more money for actual care hours.
What is Support at Home?
Support at Home replaced the old Home Care Package system on 1 November 2025. It's the Australian Government's funding program for older Australians who want to stay living at home. Partner with Care is a registered Support at Home provider, so we handle all the government compliance and claiming on your behalf.
I manage Mum's care — can I see her budget from my phone?
Yes. Family members get their own login, alerts and view. You see the budget, every claim and every payment the moment it moves.
How fast can I see where my funding is?
Immediately. Live budget, live claims and live payments are surfaced the moment they move, not at the end of the quarter.
I'm a local provider or supplier — can I work with you?
Yes. Sole trader, small allied health practice or established provider, our local service partner model is built for businesses of all sizes.
We keep the people you already trust at the centre of your care, and back them with the speed, transparency and reach of a national provider.
